I’m a young adult writer taking after my Father in heaven, the first world weaver and story master. I'm an advocate of nerdiness, puppy lover extraordinaire, and student at the Author Conservatory. When I'm not banging my head on the keyboard or looking at cool swords for "research", you can find me serving coffee at my local coffee shop, debating theological controversies with my friends and family, or doing anything musical. Or unconscious on the ground because I collided with a dense object for the fiftieth time that day.

I seek to write stories that showcase the awe of God's ultimate design. No matter how dark your story, no matter how out of control or evil events may seem, there is a Penmaster involved who is orchestrating the whole thing for the good of those who love Him. Pain means growth for those of us who call Him Lord. And I've been taught that through stories and so seek to teach that to others as I write.

Things Joelle Doesn't Do Well When Grouchy:

- Talk to strangers beyond pleasantries

- Argue

- Cook

Troubleshooting Help for Fixing a Grouchy Joelle:

- Bring her puppies and/or tea

- Help her warm up because she's probably cold

- Stand guard outside her door so nobody bugs her while she fixes herself. If you wear a costume while doing this, bonus points because she will probably laugh.
