The year is 2229. Earth has been divided into city states, each protected by a force field to keep out the wild beasts and murderous criminals who would like nothing less than to destroy what is left of the world. But nothing can keep out AKS-15, the deadly virus engineered by scientists who have been hated ever since for their misdeeds.
Daniel Arrik is the son of one of those scientists. But he is more than his father, and he can prove it.
Eve Spirit is the daughter of low-class parents who masquerades as her uncle's daughter when she needs to be high-class. She sees both sides of the system slowly tearing her people apart, but she doesn't have the courage to stop it.
Viruses aren't all bad. After all, they can bring even the most unlikely of people together in a quest for a cure... and maybe something more.
